I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The service at this place was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and even a grocery shopping service available. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, a balcony, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. Additionally, the hotel offered a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The leisure facilities were also impressive, including a swimming pool and a beautiful sun terrace. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality services provided by this venue.

The pool looked great. Within walking distance Zaza Kebabs, where you can have lunch. Nice base for weekend in Lismore.

The pool was refreshing and provided a great respite from the heat during our city break. The room price was affordable, which allowed us to save money for other activities in the area. The location was easy to access from the highway and close to many local attractions.

The room was dirty and several items were broken or missing. The shower drain was clogged and the bathroom sink faucet leaked. The bedding was stained and the air conditioner barely worked. Customer service was non-existent and our complaints were ignored. we were extremely disappointed with our stay.

The room was quiet and clean, and the shower was good. the location was convenient as it was close to the main street and local attractions. We also appreciated the friendly demeanor of the managers.

Our expectations fell short due to the dated room decor and lack of amenities, including a toaster and microwave. we were disappointed to find out that the pool was not operational during our stay, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel for our city break.
